Порядок.

Деинсталлируйте ComboFix: нажмите Пуск => Выполнить в окне наберите команду Combofix /Uninstall, нажмите кнопку "ОК"


Скачайте OTCleanIt или с зеркала, запустите, нажмите Clean up

Установите новый Internet Explorer, а также все доступные обновления для Windows


Для предотвращения заражения рекомендуется:
- не работать за компьютером с правами администратора
- не использовать Internet Explorer или отключить в нем ActiveX и настроить безопасность (рекомендую использовать Firefox c плагином NoScript)
- регулярно устанавливать обновления windows и обновлять антивирусные базы.
- регулярно проверять систему антивирусными утилитами CureIT и AVPTool

Всё сделал как написано, единственное не понял зачем вы советуете установить Интернет Экплорер, а ниже пишете не использовать его Я пользуюсь Оперой.
Большое вам спасибо за советы, реально проблема устранилась.

Про Эксплорер я понял.
Консоль давайте конечно удалим, она не к чему.

- Откройте "Мой компьютер"->диск C
- меню "Сервис" -> "Свойства папки" -> "Вид" -> выберите вариант "Показывать скрытые файлы и папки"-> снимите флажок "Скрывать защищенные системные файлы" -> нажмите ОК
- удалите папку c:\Cmdcons и файл c:\Cmldr
- прикрепите к следующему сообщению файл C:\Boot.ini

Сохраните изменения.

- Перезагрузитесь и попробуйте удалить папку c:\Cmdcons и файл c:\Cmldr.
- Сообщите о результатах.
