1. Click on Save, and save the 7-ZIP file to the Desktop.
2. Right click on the 7-ZIP file (on Desktop), and click Open.
3. Extract the file to the Desktop.
NOTE: This file is the Send To context menu item you selected above.
4. Open the Start Menu.
5. In the white line (Start Search) area, type
shell:sendto and press Enter.
6. Move the extracted file (step 3) to the Send To folder location in Windows Explorer.
7. Close the Send To Windows Explorer window.
8. When done, you can delete the 7-ZIP file on your Desktop.
