greg_b, Можно несколько мелких замечаний.
Не стоит явно указывать в файле Settings.xml путь c:\temp. Лучше вообще убрать, программа создаст сама. Путь в Shelldir тоже убрать. В cab-файле не нужен infrarec.inf
В inf файле строчка UnRegisterDlls = infrarec.unreg - лишняя, т.к. никуда не ссылается. Да, название программы в вашем варианте тоже интересное - "Infra Recodrer" вместо оригинального Infra Recorder. Это касается и пути установки тоже и всего, где встречается "Infra Recodrer"
