Я тут инструкцию от материнки прочитал:

to remove the onboard VGA driver first, and then install the add-on

Я думаю, снести теперь все драйвера, потом поставить драйвер от материнки, потом драйвер от видеокарты Radeon, а драйвер от встроенного видеоадаптера не устанавливать вообще.
Насколько я понял, встроенная видеокарта не отключается. В BIOS'е выставляется приоритетность видеокарт и количество оперативной памяти, выделяемой встроенной видеокарте.
