For example, when AVP installed as a service or when Monitor starts system boot up can take several minutes, depends of how powerfull computer is.  
Solution: disable AVP service, also in START UP - disable Monitor and use it manualy.

can you boot up from the SAFE MODE?

when "welcome" screen appiers all services are booting up... freezing can be due incorrect settings one of the serveces... check log files, what kind of mistakes it describes?
