если в ASP то на стационаре можно спокойно смотреть
а через другие проги неровские кодеки использовать нельзя, у меня даже декодировать x264 неровским декодером неполучилось.
ну эта вырезка не особо свежая, так что я думаю на всех стационарах пойдет (при соблюдении указанных параметров)
