в командной строке от админа:

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print" /v RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
net stop spooler && net start spooler
это перед установкой принтера. потом, чтобы не сидеть с уязвимостью
