Полный листинг CHKDSK, осуществлена полная проверка файловой системы из WindowsRE, в том числе проверка на битые сектора как файлов, так и свободного пространства.

Последнюю строку можно игнорировать, логи в WindowsRE не пишутся.
P.S. после перезагрузки в основную систему первым делом запустил Firefox - компьютер замер, вместо панели задач тёмная полоса, около 30 сек. Firefox загрузился, обратился к проводнику - опять зависание, секунд на 10.
