У меня стало гораздо реже, но всё равно осталось. Может дело в обновлениях для 10ки, может в том что я поставил кеширующий SSD для системного диска. »

Всё что я сделал в "десятке" (подключение инета у меня LAN:
1. я зашёл intel rapid 14.8 - отключил "управление питанием канала"
2. в "изменение параметров схемы" изменил "действие кнопки питания" на завершение работы
3. в том же "электропитание" в "PCI express" - "управление питанием состояния связи" - "значение" - откл.
4. в сетевой "сетевые подключения" - "ethernet свойства"-"power management" я отключил все галочки в "power saver options". А вот в wake on LAN я галочки оставил. Сразу предупрежу, что у мну сетевуха от интела Ethernet connection (2) I218-V. Отключал я ввиду многих жалоб на эти энергосберегающие фичи да и как бы основные глюки во время торрентов. Вообщем intel-ethernet-connection-i218-device-start-code.html
5. Я не отключал Аваст и ничегошеньки не делал с ним. Я не обновлял биос или какие либо драйвера (за исключением на мать, об этом раскажу ниже).
6. Драйвера на мать я ставил с guru3d.com именно 10.1.2.10, но где то в январе винда сама их обновила для моего чипсета Z97. Почему именно 10.1.2.10 (или новее), спросите ВЫ? почитайте пост от monotonik тут . Короче интел сделал корявые дрова на материнку и исправила их только в 10.1.2.10 и выше.

Всем удачи. Меня теперь мучает только один вопрос, как подбедить фризы при врублённом торренте??
у меня на Duron'е в 2008 году таких глюков со звуком не было. Мож быть благодаря Висте или хз. Вся эта конитель началась с "Семёрки".
И такс повторюсь:
1. Я поменял: проц, мать, корпус, охлаждение, жесткий (под файловое хранилище) - фризы со звуком оставались. Пробывал менять видюху, звуковуху, сетевуху, память - тоже оставались.
2. Я не менял: БП, SSD и свой замшелый Zyxel Keenetic Lite. А также клаву, мышь и сетевой фильтр.
