Thanks but for everyone's information I installed a beta driver for 64bit win7 intel vga...gfx_vista_win7_64 8.15.8.1050. Works perfectly and in device manager it now shows intel graphics media accelerator 3600 instead of standard vga. Here is the best part...under display properties and advanced settings, it shows that 1024mb is being allocated to the graphics memory! So to everyone's question, yes all 4gb is being used! 3 for system memory and 1 for video memory.

Just wanted to add that prior to me installing the beta vga driver my windows experience base score was 1.1 due to poor graphics. Now it is 3.3. Big difference now that it has some memory to work with.
