Только что выловил ошибку в журнале событий, когда отваливаются принтеры.

ошибка

как раз у всех отвалились проброшенные принтеры.
нагуглил решение тут, однако то что у меня не соответствует описанию.

Start Device Manager, and then view the properties of the Terminal Server Device Redirector. In Device status, ensure that the message This device is working properly appears.

однако, если следовать 5 пункту, у меня негде ставить чекбокс Enable.
