Корень диска, папки: $OEM$\$$\Setup\SCRIPTS\SetupComplete.cmd

После входа на рабочий стол будет только один пользователь - Администратор.

Появляется только окно для ввода ключа windows, которое можно пропустить как обычно вручную.
