Проверил командой Chkdsk жёсткий диск.
Команду вводил в Командной строке в правами администратора : Chkdsk /f /r

А вот отчёт я взял в журнале Просмотр событий по адресу:
Журналы Windows-Приложения.Источник Wininit Код 1001.Выделил курсором.Затем нажал на надпись в правом разделе всей программы Сохранить выбранные события.И при сохранении я выбрал тип файла -txt ,а в верхнем окошке набрал название этого события Chkdsk.Вот весь текст проверки:
