Добрый день, Олег! Спасибо за ответ, прежде всего!
Я подумал будет не очень красиво создавать темы самостоятельно и поэтому решил написать в тему тред, решил что то похожее :-)
В логах, в основном предупреждении и ругается что превышено максимальной объем почты.
Пробовал протестировать сам сервер с помощью Microsoft Exchange Best Practices Analyzer (как мне посоветовали в форумах Exchange) и эта прога тоже выдала куча ошибок по поводу объема, что почта превышает 75 Гбайт.
И после того как мне удалось настроить на всех клиентах автоархивацию и немного снизить объем почты до 72 Гбайт (до этого было 89 Гбайт общий объем), программа выдала другие ошибки:
1.The mailbox store 'Mailbox Store (MAIL)' on server MAIL is 24 GB in size. Standard Editions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 are limited to a maximum database size of 18 GB unless the 'Database Size Limit in GB' registry entry is set to a higher value.

2.Database 'Public Folder Store (MAIL)' on server MAIL has never had a full online backup.

3.Database 'Mailbox Store (MAIL)' on server MAIL contains 126 mailboxes. This database has never had a full online backup.

4.The space for the paging file (4092) is larger than the physical memory (2047). This may affect the system performance. It is recommended to have paging file size equal to the physical memory.

5.Server mail.uwed.edu has 1 GB or more of memory, accommodates 126 mailboxes, and the 'HeapDeCommitFreeBlockThreshold' parameter has not been set to 262144. Virtual memory may become quickly fragmented and system instability may occur.
