У меня ситуация наподобие. Бывает зависает комп и ниначто не реагирует (мышь, клавиатура), изображение на экране "застывает". Винда 7 Ultimate SP1 (x32), помогает только Reset на системнике. Сегодня тоже произошло зависание, но оно было ненадолго, после него появился синий экран
с текстом:

Причём бывает зависает через несколько часов работы, а бывает зависает спустя несколько минут после загрузки ОС. Процессор Phenom 2 X4 925, греется до 35 градусов. Остальное железо тоже думаю в порядке компу и года нет.
