No. Dynamic disks are disabled if Windows thinks the drive is portable or removable. You'll have to install the drive hooked up to an internal controller or an eSATA controller that lets Windows think the drive is not removable. Once those conditions are met you should see the "Import foreign drive" option in the disk management console. Once that's done you should have normal access to the drive. Note that as the drive came from another computer you may have to take ownership then give yourself the appropriate permissions to access some folders or files on the drive. Also note if the new computer is a laptop you will not be able to use dynamic drives at all. Dynamic drives are disabled if Windows thinks the computer is portable.
