Значит вот какая проблема то у меня 2 подсети одна 192.168.0.0-255 другая 192.168.20.0-255 плюс канал между двумя подсетями 192.168.200.1 192.168.200.2(сервер)  и на сервер я указываю сначала другой днс потом собственный! А то что надо поставить только 192.168.20.200 ет стояло по умолчанию сначала и тоже самое выдавало (((

Оставил в днс на обеих картах только один днс 192.168.20.200 и вот что получилось
