Wrong version of Reg.exe ***
OS on host should be XP but is ""
As a workaround place a XP-Reg.exe into
"C:\REATOGO-240\plugin\AUTOHELP\Files\XP-RegEXE\"
Reatogo.cmd and REA.cmd will then use that one.

Copy reg.ex_ from SP2 to the right folder and open a command window
in the same directory.
From the comman line type EXPAND REG.EX_ REG.EXE
