Ошибка при административной установке Office 2003

Есть проблема с созданием административной установки Office 2003 для включения последнего в дистрибутив установки Windows XP. При запуске с жёсткого диска (F:\CD1\setup.exe /a MSINODISABLEMEDIA=1) выдаётся ошибка: "Из этого источника нельзя создать образ административной установки. Запустите программу setup с параметром /a с исходного компакт-диска или сетевой папки". При прожиге файлов в образ (*.nrg) через Nero и монтировании этого образа через Nero ImageDrive (N:\setup.exe /a MSINODISABLEMEDIA=1) также выдаётся ошибка такого же содержания. Оригинальный компакт-диск с установочными файлами уже давно разломан. SP1 интегрирован в пакет установки Office 2003. На всякий случай, привожу содержание файла \..\files\setup\SETUP.INI:
