EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Application Support Analyst, 2nd line for its Kyiv Office.

Responsibilities:
• Operate as part of the team shift rota that provides support coverage
• Perform start of day RFB (ready for business) system checks
• Interact with the business to log, prioritise, resolve, escalate (where required), and own all support issues through to completion
• Perform deep analysis of support requests to identify the most efficient solutions to client issues
• Effectively communicate / escalate incidents and problems to the development team
• Update the support knowledge base recoding new issues, workarounds, solutions and system / process how-to's
• Delivery responsibility for minor works to support project initiatives and / or to improve client service

Skills / Aptitude Required:
Technologies:
As part of the support team, technical skills expected are for trouble shooting and performing fixes. The candidate is expected to have experience in at least one database, programming language and operating system knowledge/experience.

Preferred: SQL, Scripting, Excel (macro / scripting), Unix, XML, Messaging, Autosys, Java
