Постоянно вываливаются эти 2-е ошибки. Нэт порыл ничего толком не нашел.
Помогите пожалуйста

Невозможен повторный вход в систему или неправильный пароль. От чьего имени стартует служба Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service?

на вкладке Log on свойств службы стоит This account: NT AUTHORITY\LocalService
