выделенные строчки, обратите внимание на них, примерно на это время выпало отключение. точнее не совсем отключение. пакеты с менеджера обновлений загружались, но сайты нет...

однозначно замечено, что когда отключается инет, то в сислоге появляются такие строчки. что делать?
