Столкнулся с данной ситуацией на TOSHIBA ..на одном буржуйском форуме нашел решение - помогло!
Мож кому-то надо...


Remove the battery
Remove the memory slot cover
Remove the memory
Look for a small 'W' shaped area and short it against the case.

This cleared the BIOS and the password.
