[решено] народ помогите с msgina.dll

Описание: тэг CODE, блин.

При стартапе вылетает ошибка файла пользовательского интерфейса msgina.dll, и предложение перезагрузится.
Произошло всё после установки критического обновления.
Откат невозможен т.к. система не грузится ни в каком режиме.
Всё это происходит на WinXP Pro SP2 c полным пакетом обновлений до 23.06.07.

Пробовал делать откат обновления из консоли восстановления путем:
batch windows\$NTUninstallKB918118$\spuninst\spuninst.txt
где KB918118 какраз и есть то самое злощастное обновление после которого всё началось.
В результате - никаких изменений.

Господа понимающие и знающие нужен срочный хэлп!!!
