Доброго времени суток

Такая вот у меня проблема: установил Mandriva 2007 на ноут ASUS F3J (http://asusnb.ru/cgi-bin/catalog.pl?...odelInfo&id=79), а звука нет. Хотя OS'ка вроде правильно говорит звуковуху - Intel Corp.|I/O Controller Hub High Definition Audio. По умолчанию установлен драйвер ALSA "snd-hda-intel".

Кстати та же самая трабла была и в SuSE 10.1.

А что значит звука нет? Не определяется аудио контроллер или просто нет звука из динамиков? Если второе, то надо настроить драйвер. У меня по-умолчанию в этом драйвере громкость стоит на 0%. alsamixer должен помочь

У меня такой же косяк - ноут тоже асус. Та же звуковая микросхемка. Только у меня дебиан тестинг. Ничего не получается. В кубунту было прикольней - звук иногда после перезагрузки работал, но как только меняешь громкость он исчезал. Помогите сделать звук, не хочеться обратно под винду. Алса видит нормально звуковуху, но звука нету. В миксере всё стоит не по нолям.
