А какого рода ошибки? Думаю не простая проверка после неправильного завершения.
Хорошо бы зайти на сайт производителя винта и скачать утилиту проверки. А так же сообщить в фирму где винт купил.

Информация в загрузочной области диска повреждена или неправильна. В результате возможны ошибки при определении размера свободного места на диске или замедление работы. Программа проверки диска исправляет загрузочную область, записывая в нее правильные значения.

Дата последнего изменения папки или файла записана некорректно или находится в будущем. Это может быть вызвано неправильной установкой часов компьютера. Программа проверки исправляет будущие даты, подставляя вместо них значение текущей даты по часам компьютера, и преобразует неправильные даты и время к ближайшему корректному значению.

Нет не шучу. Хотя из теста видно, что пока физических ошибок нет. Рас пока гарантия есть и физ. ошибок нет, можно повременить, но последовать совету тестера и все время мониторить систему.
FAT32 на таких размерах всегда делает такого же размера ошибки (имхо, лучше NT-образную систему поставить).
При каких обстоятельствах появляется ошибка? Если после аварийного завершения (без шатдауна), то это нормально.

Ошибки так просто не должны появлятся. Как вариант можно попробовать обновить BIOS.
