Windows Server 2003 R2, WSUS 3.0 SP2 , клиенты – Windows 7

Добавляю новую машину в домен, она появляется на сервере WSUS , через некоторое время от клиента на сервер WSUS приходит отчет, согласно которому на машину нужно установить обновления.
Но на клиенте служба WindowsUpdate обновлений не видит, при запуске центра обновлений вижу надпись «Windows не требуется обновления».

Что делал:
1. На сервере удалял клиента из WSUS , на клиенте выполнял сброс службы обновлений
net stop wuauserv
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /v PingID /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /v AccountDomainSid /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /v SusClientId /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /v SusClientIDValidation /f
del /f /s /q %WinDir%\SoftwareDistribution\*
net start wuauserv
wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow

2. На сервере пробовал рестартовать Wsus и ISS
net stop wsusservice
net start wsusservice
net stop bits
net start bits
iisreset

3. На сервере wsusutil checkhealth , в логах появляется событие «Служба WSUS работает правильно.»
