В журнале на клиенте регистрируется событие ID 1053(1054) ошибка источник Userenv.
"Не удалось определить имя пользователя или компьютера. (Отказано в доступе.) Обработка групповой политики прекращена".

1) На рабочих станциях прошустрить ВСЕ вхождения в логе раздела System, которые имеют отношение к сетевой активности. Прежде всего от Netlogon, но не только. Все ошибки и предупреждения запостить сюда.

2) Как минимум на одной из тех рабочих станций, на которых наблюдаются проблемы, установить комплект Support Tools (на диске с дистрибутивом системы, каталог Support\Tools). Из этого комплекта (по умолчанию устанавливается в Program Files\Support Tools) запустить утилиту netdiag.exe. Результат её отработки запостить сюда.

3) Проверить, что с рабочих станций есть доступ к \\mycompany.ru\sysvol\mycompany.ru, где mycompany.ru — полное имя твоего домена. Например, если полное имя твоего домена звучит как sales.bigcompany.ru, то запусти командную строку и выполни команду "net use l: \\sales.bigcompany.ru\sysvol\sales.bigcompany.ru\" (без кавычек, буква имени диска может быть любой из незанятых). Из "моего компьютера" попробуй зайти на диск L:, который должен появиться в перечне дисков после выполнения этой команды. Если всё ОК и ты видишь там каталоги Policies и scripts (должен видеть три, но последний будет скрытым и ты его увидишь, только если у тебя отображаются скрытые файлы/каталоги), в той же командной строке введи "net use l: /d". В любом случае отпишись о результатах.

Ух, какой зверинец. Это не только DC+терминал, но ещё и сервер удалённого доступа. Собственно, как раз из-за удалённого доступа можно поиметь немало проблем. А у тебя это, небось, ещё и единственный доменный контроллер в сети. Покопай-ка вот эти KB: 191611, 135404, 272294, 830063 (почему на DC не рекомендуют делать VPN или RAS-сервер), 166159.

А что значит "sysvol закрыт для доступа"? Зачем и как ты его закрыл? Думаю, из-за этого (и из-за того, что у тебя multihomed DC) вполне могут быть такие глюки с доменом.

Ничего удивительного, на мой взгляд. Ты запретил доступ к sysvol, а сервер твой, можно сказать, "невидимка" из-за того, что является межсетевым гейтом. Это единственный контроллер домена, я правильно понял?

"По профилю" это как? Через доменные записи пользователей, вводя присвоенные им логин/пароль, хранящиеся в AD? Тем хуже, в данном случае. Кстати, нафиг тогда вообще терминальный сервер поднят?
