Доброго времени суток
Народ помогите побороть проблему
в сети 2 контроллера домена Win 2003 R2, так же на главное главное КД крутится ISA 2006, и у них проблема с репликациями

вот ошибка на КД

Служба репликации файлов столкнулась с проблемами при включении репликации с "RESERV" на "SVX" для "c:\windows\sysvol\domain", использующего DNS-имя "reserv.svxnordost.local". Служба репликации файлов (FRS) продолжит повторные попытки. 
 Ниже указаны причины, по которым может выдаваться это предупреждение. 
 
 [1] FRS не может разрешить DNS-имя "reserv.svxnordost.local" с этого компьютера. 
 [2] FRS не запущена на "reserv.svxnordost.local". 
 [3] Сведения в Active Directory о топологии для этой реплики реплицированы еще не на все контроллеры домена. 
 
 Это сообщение об ошибке записывается в журнал для каждого подключения один раз. После исправления ошибки в журнал будет записано другое сообщение, означающее, что соединение установлено.

перекурил кучу сайтов и форумов, но безуспешно
подскажите пожалуйста как с этим бороться?

прошу прошения ипы были указаны не корректно, щас всё исправил, не правильно первый раз записал их

Использовать внутренние DNS сервера на которых необходимо настроить пересылку запросов на сервера провайдера.

На резервном сервере поменял адреса dns местами
теперь адрес КД стоит на месте альтернативного dns-сервера

На КД выполните Пуск->Администрирование->Active Directory - сайты и службы выбираете Ваш сайт, затем КД->NTDS Settings в правом окне выбираете связь щелкаете по ней правой и выбираете "Реплицировать сейчас", через некоторое время запустите dcdiag

Сделал как Вы и сказали, только случайно выполнил "Реплицировать сейчас" и для КД->NTDS Settings и для Резерв_КД->NTDS Settings
