Расскажите ка по подробнее про структуру DNS (на каких серверах какие зоны где и как настроены пересылки).

И еще у вас проблемы с Net BIOSом.

Ну передача зон стоит на все DNS серверы в лесу. Поэтому DNS автоматом подтянулось в дочернем домене. Основной домен состоит в зоне 192.168.1.0 (sigma.local). Дочерний домен в сети 192.168.2.0 (prom.sigma.local). Руками добито только пара A записей. Все остальное сделано автоматом при создании дочернего домена.

А с нетбиосом проблемы в дочернем домене? Вроде бы как родительский на все без ошибок ответил.

Для NetBIOS не мешало бы поднять WINS(ы) и на клиентах отключить службу Обозреватель компьютеров (это можно сделать централизованно через ГП). Предлагаю пока что на этом не заморачиваться а пофиксить более серьезные баги.
