А сейчас? Вы хоть службу индексирования останавливали?

сначала убили файлы которые наиндексировало,а затем остановили.
Понимаю что не правильно...

Это - в общем. Сейчас - то какие ошибки в журналах?

в логах ни одной ошибки,
НО появилась проблема...
у пользователей зависают то ли сетевые диски то ли сессии
В общем при открывании експлорера... он зависает.....изза подключённых сетевых дисков...
После ребута всё пропадает

НЕТ проблема оказалась намного глубже....
Всему виной был симантек ендпоит протекшн...

Windows Servers stop accepting network connections with Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 installed

Question/Issue:
After installing Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 on a Windows 2003 server you notice that network shares appear to become inaccessible after some period of time.


Symptoms:
Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 is installed on a Windows server with the Antivirus and AntiSpyware components only. After some time, shares on the server are no longer accessible - you may see a message such as: "The specified network name is no longer available". Other network connectivity, such as ping or Remote Desktop may still work.



Solution:
A fix tool is available as a workaround. The next maintenance release will contain a fix for this issue.

This tool is supported on Windows Server 2003 32 bit and 64 bit only


What the tool does:

The fix tool configures the Symantec Realtime Protection driver to operate as a legacy file system filter. This legacy filter is the same technology used on Windows 2000 and all previous Symantec AntiVirus 10.x and 9.x products. As a legacy file system filter, the driver avoids the code that causes the symptoms discussed above.


Directions for use:
The tool should only be run on the server that is experiencing a loss of connectivity.
Copy the tool to the computer and place it in the directory "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SRTSP" (this is the default path – your path may vary)
Open a command prompt and change to the SRTSP directory above
Type srtspt.exe on
Reboot the computer. A reboot is required for the changes to take effect.


Reverting the changes, if necessary:

If there is ever a need to "undo" the changes, repeat the above steps with the command srtspt.exe off.


Non-affected platforms and other platforms
The tool should not be used on Windows 2000. The Realtime Protection driver on that platform is already operating as a legacy file system filter and the symptoms discussed above would not occur. If you are seeing the above symptoms on Windows 2000 please contact Symantec Technical Support to open a new ticket.
The tool should not be used on Windows Vista. The Realtime Protection driver on that platform must continue to operate as a mini-filter and should not be used in legacy mode. If you are seeing the above symptoms on Windows Vista please contact Symantec Technical Support.
