Настройки параметров WSUS сервера задаются через групповую политику?
Если с проблемного клиента открыть ссылку http://srv-wsus:80/ClientWebService/client.asmx ?

Параметры подключения к WSUS пробовал указывать и политикой, когда подключал ПК к домену, и руками, когда выгонял из домена.

Ссылка не открывается ни с этого ПК, ни с любого другого.

WSUS слушает 80 порт, поэтому nestat ничего не показал на порту 8530. Вывод команды такой:

C:\Windows\system32>netstat -an | findstr 8530

А вот результат 80 порта:

Только что заметил, что на сервере WSUS у "Network Service" и "IIS IUSRS" нет прав на папку C:\Windows\Temp
Посмотрите у себя кто-нибудь пожалуйста, как должно быть?

Поступил следующим образом. Зашел на ПК под доменным админом, запустил поиск обновлений "Проверить обновления с Microsoft Update через интернет" - процесс длился очень долго и я оставил ПК на ночь. Утром нашлось более 300 обновлений, я их установил и ПК отчитался на сервер. После этого ПК уже подтянул недостающие 30 обновлений с WSUS.
В чем была проблема так и не понял.
