Вот что я писал в support etersoft:
Здравствуйте, у меня проблема с подключением принтера HP P1006
находящегося на клиентской машине (он у меня единственный в наличие,
на других не проверял) к серверу через RX@Etersoft. При подключении
выходит табличка с просьбой выбрать модель принтера. После выбора
модели принтер так и не подсоединяется к серверу.

Настраивал RX как у вас в инструкции
